1. Evaluation of the Existing Strengths of the Current IT Infrastructure
First, it is site interconnectivity. The firm has extensive networks that connect the

collaboration of workers. Equally, it ensures that IT infrastructure is coordinated from a central
area. Second, it is the expertise of the employees. The company has knowledgeable workers in
various departments, including the IT department. Their skills and experiences are essential in
eliminating potential cyber security leakages. Third, it is the deployment of production status
reporting system. The framework is pivotal in addressing the underlying maintenance costs and
efficiency of the IT infrastructure. Fourth, it is the continued upgrade of the IT infrastructure.
The company upgrades its IT infrastructure regularly. Based on the dynamics therein, a recent
upgrade was undertaken. The regular upgrades enable the firm to expand its server storage
