Abstract
Every graduate would like to get a job as soon as they get out in the real world after
making a few applications. This is not always the case since unemployment is high, and a single
job opportunity attracts many people. Hiring managers who conduct the actual job interviews
have some insights into making you more valuable to a prospective interviewer. Even when the
interview was not a success, there are also some things to do that may go a long way to help the
applicant.

Hiring managers who conduct the actual job interviews have some insights into making you more valuable to a prospective interviewer. Even when the interview was not a success, there are also some things to do that may go a long way to help the applicant. INTERVIEW FEEDBACK 3 Interview Feedback I learned three major lessons from the interview with a hiring manager. First, resumes are very important. Writing one and tailoring it so that the person interviewing you can easily see why you are the right person for the job. They also learn several things from it, such as your skills and where you worked in the past. Although statistically speaking, only about 55per cent of job interviewers go through your resume, it never hurts to have all your bases covered (Kalish, n.d). Tailoring a resume does not imply that you falsify one but instead ensure that your resume is clear and answers questions that the interviewer wants to know. Questions such as how good you are at a specific skill, what a particular job title means, even how passionate you are about what you do.
