People around the globe experience uneven growth and development. However, the uneven
growth revolves around capitalism, the market, and business. Therefore, nations that practice
capitalism have their wealth possessed by few, leaving limited resources for many to share, thus
leading to uneven distribution, hence imbalanced development. Still, industries that serve the
market with crucial products receive great returns that necessitate their developments, leaving
other parts undeveloped. Most significantly, a location with a reasonable number of businesses can
experience growth compared to areas with limited or no business centers, leading to uneven
development. Also, nations share uneven development. For instance, countries with numerous
natural resources stand opportunities to encounter commendable growth compared to those with
limited resources, resulting in uneven development. Therefore, these three factors significantly
produce differences between people and governments.
The Chinese-owned glass company, Fuyao in Ohio, stands an excellent example for the
businesses that their workers experience uneven development. The film follows casual employees
and managers' standards, disclosing that the workers engage in hard jobs to manage a middle-class
living while their supervisors acquire numerous riches from the same contributing to uneven
development (American Factory, 2019). Therefore, the inconsistent development concept that we
learned in the class enables me to relate well with the film's events. Still, I can use this knowledge
to evaluate both managers' and employees' living standards and their struggles. The movie
discloses this by displaying wealthy accumulation owned by the supervisors and the struggles
