INTEL VS AMD

The tech giants in Processor and GPU productions are Intel and AMD. These two
are the mainstream researchers, designers, and manufacturers of all the world's
processors. According to Jones (2020), processor chips are in the tenth generation and
rolling. Most of the processors produced by Intel on their 10th generation are in core
i9 and contain ten cores with twenty threads and a frequency of 5.3 Gigahertz. On the
other hand, Rythen is moving fast with its Ryzen 5000 series. In 2020 Ryzen released
the Ryzen 9 5950x, which contains 16 cores, 32 threads, and 4.9 Gigahertz. This
processor is more powerful than any current processor in Intel's arsenal.
Intel processors are used more than AMD's processors in laptop devices. As such,
Intel has more popularity than the AMD processors. Jones (2020) recommends the
Ryzen 5000 series for desktop uses, although the article is not exclusive of which
processor to choose and claims both are suitable for many uses. Based on the
recommendations and specifications, I would buy a Ryzen processor for heavy tasks
such as gaming and video processing due to its ability to handle multiple threads.
Another essential and dazzling information is the game-ready features of Ryzen
processors, making them faster on GPU reliant processes.
