SCIENTIFIC METHOD IN PROBLEM SOLVING 2
Scientific Method in Problem Solving
In the scientific method, the first process of solving a problem is identifying the type of
problem and its extent. Second, formulate a measurable hypothesis, which gives a proposed
solution for the problem or a reasonable prediction. Thirdly, conduct a fair and objective
experiment to test the idea to confirm whether the theory can work or not and must be done in
enough time to obtain correct results (Bradford, 2017). Then carefully analyze the results after
completing the experiment to see whether the hypothesis was true or false. The last step is to
communicate the results to the organization so that they can determine what the problem was and
whether they should organize for further investigation
