the map, the area is situated to the southeast of Australia bringing much commercial travel
between the two. There are two major islands in New Zealand including the North Island, which
is roughly 115,000 square Kilometers and South Island which is lager and spans about 151,000
square kilometers. The country of Australia is known as the nearest neighbor to New Zealand
spanning less than 7.7 million square kilometers.
Geography
I will be sharing information on New Zealand and its tourism. I will be reviewing its
tourist demographics and attractions.
New Zealand is located in the southwestern Pacific Ocean; its closest neighbors are
Australia, Tasmania, and Fiji. New Zealand is made up of two main islands, the north and south
islands and 600 smaller islands. Both north and south islands are equally beautiful, and have
their own unique attributes. The North Island is known to be fast paced; it includes the country’s
largest city Auckland and the capital city Wellington. The South Island is known for its jaw
dropping landscape made up of glaciers and mountains.
Hospitality
New Zealand is a well-developed country with an abundance of super-structures.
Auckland is the largest city in the most southern part of the world. The city provides all types of
entertainment, hospitality and transportation. Auckland airport is the largest international airport
