It has been a challenging work period for the business, and we are afraid to share the business's

performance in the recent past. As you are aware, our industry has suffered and is the most affected

by the country's economic situation. There has been a deprived number of sales following the

challenging economic times this year (Bhasin et al., 2020).

As the Financial Department, we have carried out a detailed analysis of evaluating the business as

well as the future of operations. We strongly believe that it could be best to close the stores. Our

company may need a healthy marketing plan for sales to make profits that can sustain operations.

However, this will be difficult since we have been in debt. The Financial Department made this

decision considering many factors, and this was what was sort best (Slutsky et al., 2018).

The Financial department deemed it necessary to close the stores to help save the business before

going into complete bankruptcy. The organization's auditor will help make the best payment plan

for our partners. We will make a compensation to the employees that we hope will be helpful. We

will agree with the suppliers who will be paid in installments within a certain period. It has been

challenging, and we hope that all stakeholders support our decisions.
