Computer and cybercrimes are rapidly growing across the globe especially due to
pandemics. Cyber attackers are boosting and developing their attacks at an alarming rate to
capitalize on the contingency and fear instigated by the vulnerable economic and social situation
created by a coronavirus (Alkalabi et al., 2021). Cyber attackers target business organizations
and young people in the online platform. Cybercrime has also shift targets from small businesses
and individuals to government s, major corporations, and critical infrastructure. With businesses
and organizations deploying networks and remote systems to support staff working from home,
cybercriminals are also capitalizing on increased security vulnerabilities to cause disruption,
generate profits, and steal data (Alkalabi et al., 2021).
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), computers and cybercrimes are increasing
rapidly. With such an increase in cybercrimes, the KSA government and authorities must provide
emergency contacts for reporting computer and cyber-related crimes. The emergency contacts
help individuals, organizations, corporations, and governments to enhance their security and
reduce damages, loss, and other negative impacts that may suffer due to cyber-attack. This
report recommends three emergency contact numbers of the local, national, and international
