Introduction:
Leadership is the ability to influence. A leader should have those qualities to draw people
to see the way he sees, make them believe he is right and energize his followers to move ahead
despite the challenge at hand. The leader should be able to motivate and inspire others to move
ahead. He should have a vision and help others to see, appreciate and work toward that vision.
Since leadership is all about the ability to influence, the leader should work toward creating a
good relationship with his subject so that he can win their trust and confidence. Performance is
only achieved when the business leader can unite the team and show them the way forward in a
way that the organization wants to move. Different leaders employ different leadership style, but
all have a foundation on influencing the people in the organization to achieve a desired change or
mission. This report evaluates two prominent leaders in Saudi Arabia that have achieved notable
result due to their ability to employ effective leadership quality and other unique, admirable
leadership styles mix. These leaders are the young entrepreneur and stock analyst Adwa Al-
Dakheel and the famous CEO Mohammed Al-Sayer.
