Introduction
The workforce has been pretty much the same overtime, everyone shows up to work and
goes home at the end of the day. Now with new technology and the ease to gain equipment,
people are creating new and innovative methods of how to work. It doesn’t end there, citizens
all over the world have been impacted in 2020 from the Corona Virus which forced millions of
people to either become laid off or work from home.
With all the different generations in the work force, it’s easy to say that not everyone
took these changes with ease. These changes we are seeing are not going to stop anytime soon,
either. With the way companies and employees had to adapt to survive the world this year, many
eyes have been opened to the possibilities that we can undergo in the future as well.
Current trends in the workplace are proving that not all employees need to be present in
the company to continue meeting goals. So far, we have seen a huge growth in the industry
which led to an even larger demand for talent. With the last of the Baby Boomers generation
entering retirement, over the next five years we can see another boost in the need for talent.
We are being presented continuously with new technology that can improve work life.
Creativity is also another additive to include with the way many have had to overcome the large
wave of unemployment with the Covid19. Change is about to become endless and it’s time to
either embrace it or lose the battle of fighting it.
The Changing Workforce.
The Corona Virus has forced a lot of change that otherwise would most likely not have
happened for several years if at all. The pandemic forced millions of employees across the world
