INTRODUCTION
The organizational ability to change has a number of obstacles conjured up in execution of those
efforts. The most obvious common goals are higher performance, support of new techniques, increased
motivation throughout the company, greater innovation, enhanced cooperation, minimizing turnover, etc.
Underlying these goals are two basic objectives which are, changes in an organization’s level of adhere
to its progressing environment, and adjustments in the internal behavior patterns of staff. You’ll be the
judge of what works for your organization with the in-depth outlook into these broader spectrums
CREATING A DIVERSE TEAM
These days there's so many different ways of handling the demands that are expected of
a manager. The responsibility to create of a diverse team is essential to the success of that team
as well as the company as a whole. Considering the management teams that are intended to bring
these individuals together to form an exceptional team that is fully capable of successfully
carrying out necessary task with little to no effort. Their managers need to have leadership traits
and effective motivational strategies to effectively get the entire team on the same page. Although
the definition for management is different throughout the world and are expressed their own idea
of Management. Some experts in management have expressed their o definition as:
Peter F Dunker- Management is an organ, organs can only be defined as their function”.
Comparing the organs to that if a management is pointing out the different roles managers
play that are extremely vital to the proper function of the business.
Ralph C. Davis- said, “Management is the function of executing leaders anywhere”
