This paper provides human resource management to different problems from the FMLA
(Family Medical Act Leave). The human resource department is the Cleveland Health Facility.
FMLA has benefits and disadvantages associated with it. Addressing the weaknesses would
make the Cleveland Clinic human resources staff be prepared to address essential staff issues.

Analysis of FMLA on Teamwork and Retention
An employee-centered approach should be adopted to enhance teamwork and

safe. Management in hospitals emphasizes the need for teamwork. In most cases, employees only
have to work for one year to merit getting FMLA. FMLA refers to the unpaid health and job
benefits granted to the employees. FMLA has some essential health benefits and can make
people who require medical care have time off to tend to their medical conditions.
