Policies are some of the things that drive countries and associations or drag them behind.
At times these policies can be influenced by the interest of some few people who have power.
Likewise, policies made can have huge effects on people, countries, and regions depending on
the direct effect on them. There can be positive and also negative ones. Incidences of policies
making are evident when there are conflicts between two superior powers, in governance, to
calm their situations. Also, policymaking can be made at the beginning of something e.g.
companies or even institution to keep the employers, employees or stakeholders on toes to ensure
the smooth running of the whole system. In the Chinese era, there rose a policy by one man
whose name was Xi Jinping. He saw that there was a need in having a good relation with other
countries, regions or even continents. His policy majorly entailed having a good rapport with
others (Hu, 78). His policy had a view of having peaceful development, the work of building the
community through the Belt and Road initiative. This policy was a milestone and was named
‘Foreign Policy’ by Xi Jinping. In his mind was to open up the phase of China into becoming
among the superior powers in the whole world. This shows that Xi Jinping the love and desire to
grow China and to raise the GPD of China. For the growth of China, the foreign policy had to

United States of America. This might have led to the existence of global governance and the rise
