Major Prison Human behavior issues Outlined
The major concepts that influence Human behaviors in prison are group behavior.
Group behavior" alludes to the manners in which individuals act in massive or little gathering
circumstances. Individuals come together for a considerable number of reasons, most as often
as possible since enrolment fulfills a need of the person. Group enrolment can give
friendship, endurance and security, connection status, force and control, and accomplishment
(Lumencandela, 2013). It is worth noting that a prisoner's decision-making processes are
influenced by such group behaviors, such as deindividuation, groupthink, and groupshift.
Within a gathering of people is where groupthink as a psychological phenomenon happens, in
this case a degenerate and erroneous dynamic is brought about by similarity and congruity of
the group. Therefore, the underlying positions of the group are exaggerated towards an
overwhelmingly outrageous area (Lumencandela, 2013). Then lastly, the concept of
deindividualism is regarded as the loss of self-awareness while involved in groups such as
prisons.
