before they embark on the merger and acquisition process (basically known as the (M and A) in

Typically, mergers and acquisitions are known to either present the company to an advantageous

To begin with, we will analyze the pros associated with Mergers and acquisitions. There
are numerous advantages which various companies undertaking the merger and acquisition
process with other like-minded trading companies. Below, this essay will outline some of these
advantages, which have been perhaps most evident from past occasioned mergers.

Mergers are at times associated with aiding firms to leap significant benefits from the
perceived large economies of scale which they present. These benefits presented to a firm after
initiating a merger process, have been known to grow over leaps and bounds. Therefore it is
