Change is a common occurrence within the workplace, whether or not one notices.
Change can generate from several different factors. These factors can be inside or outside
motivation that leads to the change such as, administrative guidelines, innovation, development,
or a rivalry. Change is inescapable and there is no point trying to fight against it and stay in the
days of old. In today’s market their constant innovation and a economy that is always
fluctuating, this forces companies to change to stay in the race with the others. When a business
is presented with a issue that forces to make them consider change, it needs to reorganize its
business model and structure to ensure future success. When change is on the horizon there is a
group effort that needs to be taken to ensure that everyone is aware and can learnt to adjust along
with everyone else. While change we know is good for an organization, there are going to be
people within the company that will be opposed to change that may make the change difficult.
There are several different ways that will assist with a smooth transition. The organization can
offer different incentives to help ease any issues caused by the change, you need to be up front
and clear with everyone why the change is needed, stakeholders will need to be directly involved
in the change, and do what needs to be done to finalize the change.
When change is presented within an organization it can be difficult for everyone involved
to acknowledge. The majority of times it will not matter how little or large the change is, the
change will always leave some dreading it. You don’t need to travel far to experience the stress
that can come along with change. When you question a family member or friend on what they
may have instore for their future after high school, ordering a different meal at your frequented
restaurant, moving to a different state, or something as simple as asking a friend or loved one
what they might want to try something different from the usual. It does not matter, at some point
