The actual power of a court, its’ “true” power rests in the confidence that prospective users have placed in its ability to make decisions. There has been a longstanding debate about whether the Privy Council or the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) deserves the right to interpret domestic laws ,make rulings and function as the final Court of Appeal for Anglophone Caribbean territories such as Jamaica . Although the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) is arguably critical to the development of a Caribbean Jurisprudence it is the Privy Council’s established record as well as other political and socio economic evidence that suggest that the Privy Council is most suited to remain as the final Court of Appeal for Jamaica and other Anglophone Caribbean Territories . The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, whose origins can be traced back to the thirteenth century is located in London,England . The powers of the Council are somewhat ceremonial by nature , though many concern matters that are of constitutional significance. As such, the advisory role of the Privy Council can be described as fictitious. The council predominantly helps the government to make executive decisions in the name of her majesty. Along with granting royal charters and extending legislation to British Overseas Territories the Privy Council also acts as the final appellate court for many former colonies of Britain ( Everett ,2016). The project requires that you do the following: Software Development Plan Document Shell Use Word Title Page Course number and name Project name Student name Date Table of Contents Use auto-generated TOC Separate page Maximum of 3 levels deep Be sure to update the fields of the TOC so it is up-to-date before submitting your project. Section Headings (Create each heading on a new page with TBD as content except for sections listed under New Content below.) Project Outline Planning Analysis Design Quality Assurance Implementation Maintenance New Content Project Outline Briefly describe the project. Include a list of the major goals and constraints for the project. Planning Identify the stakeholders for the project. Identify the tools required for the project and how they will be used. Tools for systems analysis may include CASE tools, financial analysis tools, project management tools, and Internet resource tools such as groupware and collaboration tools. Be sure to address the following in your tool discussion. Describe the primary features, strengths, and weaknesses. Identify the area(s) of the SDLC and the tasks the tools would be useful. Discuss how the use of tools would improve the associated area (or phase) of SDLC. Identify the software development life cycle model that will be used for the project, including justification of the selection. Identify the major phases of the project, and illustrate how they fit in the selected development model. ONCE THIS IS FINISHED, update the software development plan document title page with new date and project name. Update previously completed sections Requirements: Describe how the requirements will be gathered. Identify the sources of information for the requirements. List at least 10 of the major requirements, making assumptions where necessary. Perform a requirements analysis, and document the process and results. Modeling: Prepare at least 2 models for the project. Models can include data models, process models, or object models. Be sure to update your table of contents before submission.
