Introduction

The business which I will discuss in this paper is the Micro-Games America

Entertainment Inc. (MGA Entertainment), this is a business venture which is based in America

and it was founded in 1979. The main product that the business deals with manufacturing of toys

and other entertainment products for the children. There are many stakeholders who are involved

in the company and majority of them does not involve themselves in ethical businesses activities

nor do they hold to their moral values. I think the best thing which all business is supposed to be

very cautious in whatever they are doing is to ensure that their activities are ethically correct.

This is because this defines the morality and the behaviors of the organization. Many people will

judge businesses according to these aspects.

Those companies which are violating business ethics and moral values should rectify the

issue. This is because there are many advantages and preferences which the business accrues

when it operates in an ethical way. For instance, there are many chances that the business is

going to be sustainable this is because many customers will be storming into the business to

purchase what they are offering and there are no chances that the business will lack customers.

On the contrary, if people will know that there are unethical ways which the business is dealing

with, chances are that with time they can withdraw from buying from such business and this can

make the company to fail in the end run.

Analysis of a Business Case

The CEO for the company in 2016 watched some vidoes about the kids as they were

unboxing the toys in you tube. And after he watched he told his staff that they were supposed to

come up with some ideas. After five months, there was releasing of another beautiful package

from the company. this included a miniature doll and many accessories. This contains many
