The skills to read for gist and for specific information when reading a passage/article. Students might lack focus or motivation as they will have a lot to read throughout the lesson. 1. I will encourage the students to read through the text properly and to highlight and underline as they go along. 2. Students may find the formal aspect of the language difficult. 2. Spanish is a 'Subject-Verb–Object’ ordered language which is similar to /the same as English. Students should be able to decipher the sentences as they are already familiar with the word order.
