Group process
Individuals with intrapersonal and interpersonal issues or people who need change find
groups an excellent treatment choice. Among the standard groups, counseling groups are gaining
popularity, especially when there is a need to prevent or remediate a usual yet challenging
problem. Group counseling aims at solving short-term problems that may arise in places such as
schools and churches. In this setup, the group members are guided in knowing their strengths to
cope or address the issue at hand. Additionally, the group's members helped blend their
interpersonal skills to handle the current or the future challenges. For this reason, a group
counselor needs to be knowledgeable in depicting the nature, roles, and behavior of the group
members. Each member has unique abilities, personality, and motivations, and they all need to
get along and function as a team to successfully attain their roles.
The avengers introduced a group of superheroes who are exemplary to working with
groups. The superheroes portray the use of interpersonal skills to complement each other, and
through it, nothing seems impossible to them. This paper analyzes a few avengers superheroes'
nature roles and behavior.

Captain America
Captain American, aka Cap, can excellently take up the role of the mission leader for the
Avengers. He is honest, extremely noble, dependable, loyal, and up-front. Combining his traits
enables him to work harmoniously with extremely strong-willed individuals to achieve a
common goal. Though he may not equal the creativity and brilliance of some other characters,
this superhero is a significant symbol of a composed group member who is given to remaining
focused and leading the way to action.
