and revenue generation. Improving the quality of coffee offered and greatly impacted the
business performances in that, it has helped create value for customers, and has led to increased
customer satisfaction. Increased customer satisfaction has aided in customer retention, increased
demand for the product and consequently increased sales which has led to increased sales
revenue. Either, revenue per employee stood at 518 this improved employee performance as a
result of the employee training choice resulted in decreased staff turnover, lower maintenance
costs by minimizing equipment malfunctions, and reduced customer complaints, all of which
contributed to a higher satisfaction rating.
The business in the previous periods, has experienced demand for its products due lost
cup sales as a result of customers missing the operation hour and visiting when the café was
closed. In addition, customers there were lost cup sales due to long waiting hours s there were of
less servers especially during holidays when there is a large number of customers in and also
because the servers lacked some important skill that increase their work efficiency and service.
As a result the decision to available to increase operation hours (8.00pm-7.00p.m) especially
during the weekends and holidays has greatly helped cater for a broad range of customers who
were otherwise left out in the previous operating hours and this has increased the demand and
subsequently the business income and enable efficient customer service. Additionally, carrying
out staff training has greatly impacted their performance and this has led to increased efficiency
