Effects of Body Building Community on Young Men Introduction/ Theoretical foundation ❖ The development of human beings is mainly influenced by environment, peer groups. ❖ The concept of building community is on the rise. A significant number of authors in the social media are spreading their bodybuilding ideas ❖ The concept has brought with it both positive and negative impacts especially on young men.
