Netflix is an American media service provider and production company. The company

headquarter is located in Los Gatos, California. The company has excelled in providing its

services to consumers all over the world.

Freedom and responsibility

Due to the benefits experienced by the employees and consumers, I would like to work at

Netflix company. The skills and concepts that I have gathered can facilitate the responsibilities

given by the organization. In addition, as a global company, I will have a chance to improve the

management skills that I have. The company also offers various services to its employees that

have motivated me to admire the organization. Some of these benefits include unlimited vacation

days, free lunches, and free health insurance services. Moreover, the mission and vision of the

organization indicate that we, as the employees, will experience a conducive environment for

work.

Netflix culture is one of the best organizational cultures that offer significant benefits to

the organization. The organization focuses on building an influential culture as well as defining

the culture in a unique way that facilitates and motivate high performance of employee. The

organization attempts to encourage the development and introduction of new ideas within the

organization. The encouragement is done in informal channels to avoid ritualistic and infrequent

reviews. In addition, the organization has a unique payment structure where the top-performing

employee is paid more. This idea encourages the employee to work more in order to receive

extra payment. The company has highly aligned its structure, thus outlining its strategy clearly
