My specialization is I/O Psychology. My interest in this specialization emanates from its
definition, which focuses on the employees' behaviors in the workplace, using and applying
psychological principles and research methods to enhance the overall work environment,
including professional satisfaction, communication, performance, and safety. Mainly, my most
profound passion is to do research and write about spiritual inclusion in family and work-life as a
core value to resolve workplace issues. Spirituality is the search for the meaning of work and
life, which is both personal and individual. It is how each employee approaches the issue of
transcendence. According to Honoré (2018), spirituality is the path to finding a meaningful,
authentic, profound, lasting, and holistic comprehension of the existential self and the
interconnection or relation with the transcendent and sacred.
Regarding the workplace, the issue of spirituality inclusion in work life and family is
crucial as it depicts staff's needs to provide meaning to their work. Spirituality enhances the
employees' quality of life and well-being. Therefore, to solve work issues, spirituality will
encourage employees to invest in their work by encouraging mediation to improve self-esteem,
happiness, and satisfaction. As an I/O psychologist, my primary goal Is improving employees'
work performance by understanding their behaviors in the workplace and finding how they can
be effectively rewarded, fulfilled, and satisfied. Therefore, integrating spiritual inclusion in
work-life is one way to improve employees' work satisfaction by enabling them to find meaning
and happiness in their work. Spiritual inclusion, such as meditation, will improve the employees'
overall well-being, increase productivity, job satisfaction, quality of life morale, and reduce
turnover rates. Workplace spirituality is a vital issue due to the increasing concerns for insecure
work settings and work-life balance (Indradevi, 2020). Therefore, including spirituality will
