Leadership Reflection Questions Week 2
Part 1 b: Please list each of the five factors and your score on each
Extroversion-40%, Orderliness-80%, Emotional Stability-74%, Accommodation-78%, and
Inquisitiveness-52%
Part 1 c: Evaluate the influence of each of the five factors on your work relationships; for example,
you might be too agreeable or too judgmental.
Extroversion: With a score that leans towards an introvert, it means that it takes time to re-
energize itself after several encounters. This also means that I prefer to take longer to formulate
my thoughts before I react. Also, as an introverted employee, building relationships will take
more time.
Orderliness: With a high score in orderliness, I will expect people to handle and approach
various activities with better order. It is also imperative to note that with the high expectation for
order within the workplace, it will be difficult to relate and work with individuals with fewer
score.
Emotional stability: Emotional stable team leaders form great motivators and develop a nearly
perfect team, teamwork, and cohesiveness. Leadership guided by emotional stability identifies
the specific areas of growth and fosters a good relationship between the leader and the team

members. The leader understands the key developmental stages of each member and implements
the necessary initiatives aimed at growing their skill sets.
Accommodation: The high score for accommodation means that I will work better in teams and
team projects. In the current business world, many projects are team-related, and as such, it will
be easier for me to lead a functional team based on projects or departments.
Inquisitiveness: Lower scores in this field mean that I will significantly depend on teammates to
find more information concerning various work-related tasks. It also requires career development
initiatives. The focus on career growth plays an important role in the motivation of followers to
improve on their productivity level. It is also important to note that the concentration in the
creation of fellowship structuring within all the levels of the business organization makes the
process of leadership easier and less complex.
Part 2 a: Please identify the beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that prevent you from achieving
personal mastery
Chapter 4 in "The Leadership Experience" notes that self-awareness takes account of the
intrinsic dimensions of one's behavior, like personality, feelings, beliefs, behaviors, and
expectations. Moreover, Chapter 5 explains consciousness as capable of knowing and
experiencing your inner feelings and influencing your lives and occupations. When each
expression of self-awareness evaluates my values, feelings, and actions in the text, I may group
them into one class: attitude. I had never changed when I was told that one day, my actions will
take the better of me because I can see that my attitude always does some circumstance. It
always was explained that reality would free me and that the lie would catch me. I can't "fake it
up to it." For example, when my job goes overlooked, and I do not realize that I am overdue,
