Introduction
Achieving and maintaining an excellent working surrounding is not easy to come by as
various schemes are put into place to ensure its achievable for the success of the business,
institution or organization (Haage et al., 2021). Unity, closure and transparent professional
relations among employees and management alongside set aside workplace policies are key
towards acquiring a good working environment achieved in various ways such as exercising
team-building engagements where by each work personnel builds bonds with others thus
supporting and contributing to achieve desired work goal as a team.
Code of conduct and mobile phone policies guides in embracing open and good
communication among work personnel encouraging much interaction between them when
voicing out ideas, concerns or solution aiding to fast and effective responses together as a
team. Acknowledging all personnel achievements as a team is effective for the overall desire
of each member to work together and retain working towards more successes as a team
(Vujica et al., 2018). Allocating specific tasks and leadership in general to a team empowers
them to tackle it together by scheming each member’s respective role and participating on it.
Anti-discrimination and harassment policy defines the above points as focusing on a single
individual’s success rather as a whole team affects general cohesiveness of the team.
Creating a platform for structuring objectives is key as each work personnel gets to set
both work, team and individual goals with their own understanding which can be shared and
discussed as a team then implemented and set out to be achieved together (Arrighi & Keepers
,2019). Grievance handling and terminating policies aids in conflict resolving. Every work
personnel encounters conflict at some point at work and so is a work team. Such encounters
show how attached and committed are the team members to preserve the team thus ought to
encourage themselves to participate fully and work together in formulating solutions.
