This is a program that is created to increase the employee’s technical skills, efficiency,
knowledge, and creation of value to handle any specific job in a more improved way. This is done
in a periodic session at regular intervals and it is not continuous. This process helps to add skills
and help in the development of the organization.

Job rotation, coaching, special assignments, and understudy are some of the types of

Yes, job rotation is very beneficial as it increases employee motivation and retention

culture, reduces boredom in the workplace, and help in identification of where employees work
