Coca-Cola # Share a Coke Campaign
A good marketing campaign strategy has the capability of taking any product and
determining whether its launch will be a successful or unsuccessful campaign in its sales and
release. Some of the marketing campaigns are better than others, but if you ask me, no
movement gained more interest to me than the share a coke campaign by the Coca-Cola
Company. Over the years, coca-cola has managed to convince its consumers to buy their same
old, classic coke recipe over and over. In the year 2015, people started seeing their names on
Coca-Cola products all over North America.
Having people's names on the bottle was all a part of Coca-Cola's marketing strategy. The
"Share a Coke" campaign encouraged consumers to buy their favorite Coca- Cola product for
someone else and themselves. Although it was the same classic coke recipe and not a new
product, the campaign drew attracted a lot of attention to the Coke products and continues to
dominate the market for soft drinks in the world. This marketing strategy campaign was a well-
coordinated campaign that targeted a market that shares the belief of exclusivity, friendship,
sharing, and making memories.
Coca- Cola# You Can’t Beat the Real Thing Campaign
In a coke commercial in 1990, the commercial advert about Coca-Cola was in the form of
a song, and the slogan read "You Can't Beat the Real Thing." In the music that displays the
Coca-Cola bottle, it continues to say, " wherever there is a pool there will always be a flirt,
whenever there is the school there will always be homework, whenever there is a beat there is
always a drum whenever there is fun there is always Coca-Cola" in the advert the catchy song
made coca-cola a vast campaign and attracted many consumers as the catchy song alone will
