Deloitte saw that its performance affected the consumer technology stand, which is
designed to be simple, attractive, and fast. Individuals tend to get fascinated for themselves, so
the company believed hiring such techniques would involve an employee around their
performances in a way they had not done before in the Deloitte Company. They believed by
doing these would increase the efficiency of the company operation's I think the most effective
way of conducting a transition in the company from the present system is observing the
personality factors to a new method of looking at performance the current system would be
having. The new system would also line up and be used concurrently until the employees know
how both systems operate (Walsh, 2015).

Technology training is required before switching to the new system. The technology or
the technical training tends to teach the workers the unique technological aspect of the job. For
instance, they were training someone on how to use the computer to show various commodities'
data. Unlike Deloitte's case, after approaching the new system, they realized that a lot of the time
is spent on ratings which could be applied to talking to individuals about their performances.
Also, there is a need to set the goals that need to be accomplished at the end of the process for
the company's effective operation (Murphy, 2020).

Organizational culture and the use of the performance principles and the criteria affect
the other components of management systems through increasing the production and the overall
quality. When we think of the ongoing performance management of the workers, for instance,
setting of the goals, observing the workforces attainment of the plans, sharing of the feedbacks
with the workforce, evaluation of the staff’s presentation, firing of the employee or rewarding
their performances, Maamari & Saheb. (2018).The organizational enactment involves the
recurrent activities in establishing the organizational goals, monitoring the improvement towards
the plans, and adjusting to achieve those goals more successfully. The recurrent activities are
what the managers and the leaders inherently do in the organizations. Some of them do better
compare to others. It is essential to think of the organization's change compared to its
performance.

As a supervisor, some of the errors I can make while preparing the performance appraisal
include unfairly judging the clerical workforce's mistakes as a result of directions specified by
their superior. The errors can be avoided through conducting an evaluation getting closer to the
crew and assessing them more individually. Some of the reasonable rules and procedures that
