Effective intra-professional together with inter-professional communication, is among the
hallmarks to offering quality and safe care. Communication amid groups, individuals, and
organizations always lead to successful relations with high results or miscommunication
resulting in low quality, unsafe supervision, errors, along sentinel events. From the patient
assessment done previously, it has been founded that the acute rehabilitation institution has vital
communication concerns. Some of the lists of quotes offered illustrate both inter-professional
and intra-professional interaction examples where the patients noted ineffective communication
(Oevermann & Mieg, 2017). Such instances of ineffective communication have negatively
influenced patients' satisfaction with service provision in different health care institutions. They
might further impact the willingness of patients to come back to such institutions in the prospect
days. Moreover, low communication cases within the organization influence the satisfaction of
health care professionals with their operations and subsequently impact the excellence of
services and health of staff. Therefore, this research paper illustrates a brief overview of low
communication scenarios and planned constructive intra-professional and inter-professional
interaction policies that can enhance the outcomes of health and excellence of services.

Intra-professional communication is a type of interaction that occurs when the health care
professionals communicate with one another, with patients and their relatives, and with broader
