Introduction
Authenticity in film making represents the originality of a film, such that it has unique
features, themes, and statements. Accuracy shows how to fit the theme and features are to reach
a specific message on the viewers, for example, historic. A film must be planned and made
creatively and thoughtfully to ensure it passes its message to the desired audience. Film making
requires high thinking order and discipline to allow achievement of all the film's intended
purposes. Some research shows that authenticity and accuracy are useful together with where
authenticity helps to achieve historical accuracy. Authenticity and accuracy have been helpful in
Bridgeton and the crown to represent the films as a medium of creativity and teaching history
and other lessons the narrator may want viewers to know.
A Summary of Film Articles
According to Stoddard Jeremy, films are a way of passing historical knowledge to the
viewer by creating the movies with a particular discipline, in-depth knowledge, and
thoughtfulness. He discovered that films are useful in classrooms to produce an authentic and
engaging effect (Stoddard). The creation of cinema begins from optimal to creativeness and

Authenticity and Accuracy in Bridgerton
Bridgerton is a series that explains marriage in the historical setting and the impact of the
courtship on family, friends, and other characters in the film. The film uses color discordance,
which creates viewers' attention a historical through the historical effect. The film represents
authentic and accurate history explaining the value of marriage and courtship in the historic
period. There are many parties specifically made for young men and women to introduce each
other in the movie. Later on, they get a chance to meet with the family members to analyze their
spouse's suitability. The parties are what I would call a marriage market, where men and women
go to look for people they think can be well compatible with them, making the film historically
authentic. Lady Whistledown explains that everybody has been waiting to find a chance to
secure a partner since birth “which young ladies might succeed at securing a match?” The whole
series presents a historic view where Daphne, the main actress, gains the queen's favor and
therefore gaining a lot of attention from the other subjects.
Daphne thinks that she will lose value in the market, especially when it seems hard for
her to get a partner "you have no idea what it is to have ones entire life reduced in a single
moment. The series is also historically accurate, where we see that there are some powerful
women in charge of the marriage markets. Historically, the film shows a matriarch world, where
the queen is the head of the whole kingdom and women control most functions in their society.
Women are the ones to choose their partners, rather than vice versa, and they also run the
marriage market. The film shows historical accuracy where some communities put a lot of
