Abstract
Since the beginning of this century, the trend and process of economic globalisation have
accelerated markedly, and commercial and trade exchanges between countries have become
increasingly close. At present, it seems that economic globalisation has two attributes: one is the
transnational flow of goods, services and production factors, and the other is the rules and order
that influences and constrains such as cross-border flows. The former is determined by the
advancement of technology and the deepening of the international division of labour. Therefore,
economic globalisation has inherent inevitability from low to high; the latter is determined by the
interrelationship between nation-states, so the development of economic globalisation will be
presented.
At the global level, the development of economic globalisation is an inevitable trend in keeping
with the development trend of the times. However, for a long time to come, there is no way to
predict whether the development of economic globalisation will be smooth or reverse, although it
is represented by artificial intelligence and clean energy. The new technological revolution has
promoted the development of economic globalisation to a certain extent, but the protectionism of
the domestic economy, such as the economic power represented by the United States, has
hindered the development of economic globalisation. At the multilateral level, economic
exchanges between regions have become more and more close, and many new trade
organisations have been derived from countering the economic powers to control the economy.
This has led to the mutual assistance of countries in addition to mutual economic assistance.
