Another objective is to discuss whether the kings could have performed better had they used an alternative leadership style. Keywords: leadership, Solomon, Jeroboam, Hezekiah, leadership styles LEADERSHIP FINAL PROJECT 3 Leadership Final Project Throughout the Bible, different leadership styles are exhibited by the kings of Israel and Judah. The focus of this research will focus on Kings Solomon and Rehoboam of Israel and King Hezekiah of Judah. This research will attempt to show which leadership style that a king exhibited as well as whether a different leadership style could have been more beneficial to that king, his country, and his followers. (2020), strengths-based leadership is a type of leadership that focuses on identifying and developing strengths that will benefit and improve an organization.
