Define what the most important aspects are to take into consideration for good service
management.
The relentless technological advancement has left the service industry in the most
compromising position as the competitive dynamics are changing more often which leaves the
airlines to constantly seek strategies to gain a significant competitive advantage through quality
services. It is, therefore, a key mandate to implement proper strategies and ensure the provision
of quality and or good services, and ensure sustainability through good service management
practices (Akramovich & Muratovna, 2019). Several aspects and or important elements to put
into consideration to ensure a good or quality service management such as service culture,
service quality, employee engagement, and customer experience among others.
Service Culture
This service element is often built on and or characterized by a set of overriding
leadership principles in which management controls, develops, and maintains the social
processes and norms which are critical aspects of good service quality and value to customers.
To ensure this, cross-training becomes an organizational norm where employees are trained to
embrace and streamline organizational service delivery with the organizational goals to ensure
quality service delivery.
Employee Engagement
This is the next critical factor to consider by the EU in ensuring good service
management. This is often characterized by employee attitude activities, purpose-driven
leadership, and human resource management practices that will help boost the employee attitude
