GATHERING CREDIBLE INFORMATION:
The credibility of the information shall be maintained using the following techniques, as
a part of the evaluation:
To develop pilot questionnaires and test them on three techs & three administrators.
To determine if the questions and there answers are in context with the evaluation
To rectify and modify the interview and survey questionnaires till the time they become
relevant to the evaluation
PROCESS EVALUATION:
Process evaluation pertains to the program’s operations, implementation & service
delivery.
Process evaluation evaluates the program's operations, implementation, and service
delivery as and when they are being done
It includes the following steps:

1. evaluation of the process of emergency response, in relation to the goals and
objectives of the program and its execution, to see how much reduction is made
2. Evaluation of hiring and training of event staff which will come directly in contact
with the EMS and rescue/resuscitation operations.
IMPACT EVALUATION:
It is done to evaluate the impact of the implemented changes including the reduction in
the response time of catering to emergencies.
Impact evaluation evaluates the desired impacts of the program
This includes the following:
1. Improvement of rescue teams and their perception in the event.
2. Better standards of emergency care provision by the rescue teams.
3. Decreased rates of mortality & morbidity in those rescued.
OUTCOME EVALUATION:
It is done to examine that the planned final outcomes for which the program was planned
were achieved or not.
It evaluates the benefits intended for the population in question and the society at large
