PROGRAM DESCIPTION Reason for being 3 Our project shall pertain to the Arabian Safety Training, Center, (ASTC) Saudi Arabia. There are many reasons for choosing this agency, prime one being its involvement in training for emergency medical services (EMS) with a focus on industrial hazards. Arabian Safety Training Centre (ASTC) is a renowned safety and environmental consultancy, training and development agency with its base in the city of Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
