Provide a two- to- three paragraph statement that introduces your proposed community program. This section is tentative and might change as you conduct more research. In essence, this assignment is a draft of the Introduction section for a research proposal/prospectus. Each literature review must use a minimum of 12 peer-reviewed journal articles, at least 10 of which must be empirical (note tie to Assignment I).
