According to the data collected, the studies show that a very percentage of teenagers are affected by STDs and gonorrhea every year. Nursing Diagnosis The nursing diagnosis relates to self-care activities and the risks of infections to teenagers in a community due to a lack of awareness. The self-care activities include being active in seeking knowledge regarding sexually transmitted diseases and the effects related to it.
