Description of Typical Day
Findings
Briefly describe your typical daily
routine from the time you wake up
until bedtime.
Weekdays I wake up 10pm have my breakfast (oatmeal)
and start getting ready for work. I start work at 11pm and
work till 8am. I get home around 8:30 I go right in the
shower and by 9am I feed my son breakfast. 9:30 am I
feed my parents breakfast.10:00am I start my house
chores (cleaning, cooking, laundry) till 12pm. I spend time
with my son and my parents from 12pm till 2pm. 2pm I put
my son down for nap, and I eat lunch. 2:15pm I’m out the
door to pick up my 3 daughters from school. 3pm I’m back
home with my daughters. 3:15 -4:15 helping the girls with
their homework. 4:30-6:30 family time or kids’ afterschool
activities.6:30 I put dinner on the table for my family and i
get ready for bed. By 7pm I’m in bed sleeping. on
weekends I don’t work and I use the time to study and to
finish my assignments.

normally I will have my oatmeal before work around 10pm
and have my lunch at 2pm. I prefer to traditional
homemade Greek food. I hate eating out, I hate fast food.
I always have granola bar, yogurt, fruits, cut up vegies
with me and I tried to eat them through out the day

prepare meals at home? If you eat

I mainly prepare meals home.

I only eat when im hungry. And yes when im stress my
eating habits change. When Im stressed I don’t eat.

I purchase and prepare the food me and my family eats

I drink water through out the day usually 2 liters
