Introduction
Greenstown High School operates on zero tolerance to racism and discrimination in
any form. The school believes everyone has an equal opportunity to achieve her or his dreams
regardless of socio-cultural and economic background. This anti-racism and discrimination
policy provides guidelines and conduct of all teachers, staffs, students, and visitors within the
facility and beyond for the first three group. Everyone is expected to adhere to these
guidelines to create a safe and comfortable environment for all members of this community.
1. Legal Duties
Greenstown High School has a legal obligation to promote equality among its
community members. Besides, the law requires the institution to protect the rights of
everyone including the marginalized communities. Greenstown High School is a law
abiding institution and prohibits any act or speech that promotes discrimination.
2. Guiding Principle
The school believe that every student has a right to achieve their potential regardless
of the racial, religious or socio-economic background. It treats every one as individual
who belongs to our community.
The school appreciates the cultural and racial diversity and encourages every student
and teacher to pursue their sense of identity without any fear. We believe our diversity
is our treasure that acts a thread connecting our hearts.
3. Position on Racism and Discrimination
The school has zero tolerance to any form of racism and discrimination.
