It has been aided by the use of technology which has automated a number of activities
which include marketing, customer relation among others. By visualizing CRM as
technology is totally wrong as it is a fully customer-centric business philosophy that aids
organisational in bring together any information about their products and also the various
market forces surrounding them. CRM has number of facets which include; it helps
organisations to identify and target their best customers, assist an organisation in improving
its customers’ accounts, forming an individualised relationship with its customers, providing
information that is useful in building better relationship with the customers as well as,
identifying the best and most profitable customers.
In most cases communication is enhanced by the use of social media, but it possess a
lot of challenges for most organisations that are increasingly finding themselves being left out
of the conversation that customers are talking about them. They has a duty of ensuring that
social media is not used for advertisement but also for connecting their customers and
creating as well as strengthening the existing relationship between them and the customers.
By involving technology in CRM helps the organisation bring about information
concerning the customers and also the factors that move forward it in economic status. By the
use of technology such as the Facebook and the like, it is possible to support collaboration
and communication within an organisation as family members and friends remain connected.
For example, chatter which is similar to Facebook allows individuals to post profiles and also
