Obama as the 44

president of the United States. He was always convicted and worked hard in

school to achieve his academic and also life goals. He was never discouraged by his own race

of being a black American. The father was from Kenya while the mother was from Kansas, he

was born in Hawaii on august 4, 1961. Later was raised by his grandmother who worked her

way up from the secretarial pool to middle management in a bank. As a senator he passed the

major ethics reform, lock up the world dangerous weapons, and brought transparency to

government by putting federal spending online. He was later elected as the 44

president of the

United States in November 4, 2008 and sworn in January 20, 2009. Later re-elected in 2012.

Obama comes out as one of the public figures I admire most of having the following

qualities; Motivation ability is portrayed through his daily achievement during his tenure. He

was never discouraged by anything and always remained focussed all through. Obama avoided

to pitfalls whenever he sensed or encountered them. This could have hindered him from

achieving what he wanted. Relied so much on advice rather than doing what he thinks is right

in his own perspective.

In addition, ability to handle, conflict with his neighbouring countries such as the Iraq

was handled with great care where if not taken carelessly would lead to massive destruction

and hence he involved negotiation with the countries. The decisions he made were always Well

rounded which never favoured any side of the parties involved. This has ensured cohesiveness

and stability in the United States.

From the most nearly all the speeches he gives, it is well demonstrated that he is a great

motivation speaker and most of the speeches are recorded. It is always filled with great vigour

and it is very informative. A good listener as portrayed in his tenure. During the parliament
