Cost reduction in a company is one aspect in business that ensures that there is profitable in the

company. That would be a god thing for the shareholders and the survival of the business. The

main goal of a company is to increase its profit levels and to increase the wealth of the owners.

In an attempt to increase the profit levels, a company will have to cut on costs and increase its

level of sales. Warner Bros Company is looking for a suitable location that would enable the

company to maintain its quality films and at the same cut on its cost levels. That means that the

destination that is chosen should be ideal for film production and it should be cost friendly.

The two suitable places that the company can base its operations would be London in the

United Kingdom or in Paris found in France. The two destinations are suitable for the company

because of the available infrastructure and the ability for the company to cut on costs if they base

their operations in the stated countries. Paris is an iconic place that has a good city space that

would be ideal for film production. On the other hand, London is ideal because of the ability of

the locals who have experience in film production and the incentives that are offered by the

government in terms of tax credits. The research will make an analysis of the stated destinations

and analyses the suitability of the cities for Warner Bros to relocate.
