Steps for performing cobra pose
Place a mat on the ground and lies on it such that your forehead touches the mat.
Slowly but carefully bend your elbows and place your arms below but close to your
shoulder.
Stretch your feet and ensure that the top part of them touches the ground.
While slowly inhaling, straighten your arms and raise your chest. Continue pushing
yourself up until the entire upper body from your navel is raised to form a curve.
Additionally, ensure that both your buttocks and shoulders are firm
Finally, maintain that position for 20 seconds. Thereafter, slowly come back to your
initial position as you exhale.
