Summary
The purpose of this project is to present a proposal to Coca-Cola Company, proposing
that they grant me the opportunity to analyze their presence in social media and compare it with
that of its rival companies. Due to the changing nature of social media over the past few years,
companies need to revise their online marketing strategies. Certainly, Coca-Cola is not an
exception. It needs to understand how the platforms have changed and how the competitors have
adjusted their strategies in order to compete effectively. The only way to do this is by hiring an
expert to analyze their social media presence. The analysis will follow a seven-step policy, after
which an effective social media strategy will be formulated and implemented. However, to do
this, the company has to adjust its budget to cater to the resources needed.
