2000, Joanna Capshaw was a worker at CapraTek, holding a subordinate executive
position to Lawrence Guthrie, senior vice president of Sales and Marketing (CapraTek,

While in a gathering of the senior management team, Brad Anderson, who was
VP of Product Development, inquired from Guthrie if Capshaw was still handling
admin work (CapraTek, 2021). Mr. Guthrie admitted that Ms. Capshaw was
conducting her secretary role as expected and professionally.
2005, Capshaw managed the CapraTek sponsorship program of the Micro Expo deal
show.
