There are indeed high chances for veronica feeling guilty for not honoring her
commitments. The internship program will be required to search for another intern to replace her
while the university would risk losing the chance of having its interns enroll on the program.
Veronicas' advisor was indeed extreme on her decision since Veronica is still a trustworthy and
respectful girl, only that she thought of expanding her career. I agree that the employment at will
should make Veronica take a safer offer. Indeed, this may not affect her career with her new
employer since she was giving space to other interns.

I concur that failing to honor the commitment will affect her relationship with Anywhere
CPA, and the internship will require more resources to recruit an individual to fill the position. It
will indeed ruin the university's reputation and thus deny other students the chance to secure an
internship opportunity to get an internship opportunity. I agree that Veronica's actions do not
portray her as untrustworthy or disrespectful, but she decided to focus on her career path.
However, I can't entirely agree that the advisor was correct when he did not listen to Veronica. I
concur with the fact that she should go with the option that does use this policy.

Veronica is risking her professional reputation in the initial stages of her career path. The
internship program will have lost the time and money spent on the training and may not offer
full-time to future interns. Some employers would fear hiring her since they are unsure whether
she would do the same in their company. The university may also fail to secure internship
opportunities for its students. I'm not convinced that she lost her trustworthiness when she
