Stakeholders are people who can either affect or be affected by the operations within an
organization. Stakeholder’s management incorporates the concept of ensuring that there is good
relationship between all stakeholders that can affect the performance of an organization. For
instance, having good relationship creates a conducive environment for the organization to
increase its market dominance through informed decision making. Stakeholder involvement,
stakeholder engagement and stakeholder integration are all covered within the broad aspect of
stakeholder’s management which ensures the overall success of an organization is achieved.
Every organization should ensure it implements a compensation strategy that keeps its
employees motivated and ready work under minimal supervision. Engaging with stakeholders
implies that the organization is trust worth and conducts its businesses following the channels
identified by the law. For instance, the organization ensures that its information is available to
the general public to audit and determine whether its operations are based on the rules and
regulations outlined by the law. Maintaining good relationship with stakeholders also ensures
financial data, which included reports are shared to the relevant authorities for auditing purposes.
