Describe what type of organizational culture would be most appealing to you.
The organizational culture of a company is constructed from suppositions, importance,
principles, approaches, and artifacts of the populace that make up an entire business.
It’s fabricated from real-life occurrences carried over into the company by staff as well
as the business's creator, other administrative staff, and management staff. All these
people are directly involved with decision making and resolution processes of a
business and have a direct effect on the organizational culture of the business. With that
being said, I would rather be surrounded by an upbeat, honest, caring organizational
culture.

Basics of Human Relations
The work environment is termed to be very much complicated and unfriendly in nature. It
involves great issues and makes things highly troublesome and upsetting. The distractions that
are faced on a daily basis are unfriendly attitude, bias attitude, unfavorable environment and
mismanagement of situations. All these are greatly liable for influencing ability to critically
think, problem solve, and communicate effectively with others. These are the key areas that are
highly influenced and affected. It leads to make things unfavorable and terrible. It is highly
obligatory that the unfavorable conditions at the workplace affect personality of an individual. At
the same time, the traits and characteristics get badly affected. There stays great necessity to
sustain an effective and favorable ambiance to promote the workers to act in company’s best
interests. In the similar way, the working potential gets influenced at its largest. These greater
demands for forming effective check on the pertinent areas (Lock, 2004).
