MODULE 3 CASE ASSIGNMENT 2
Based on your review of the article above, what are the indicators that your research
and selected methods are relevant to your DSP topic?
The DSP topic is The Impacts of Organizational Leadership on the Success of Small-
Scale Organization and Start-Ups in the Healthcare Industry. The selected methods include
both qualitative and quantitative study approaches. As the authors discussed in the article,
relevant research is composed of different indicators, including the alignment with prior work
on the same, the selected research question(s), and the study's proposed aim. Notably,
Edmondson & Mcmanus (2007) discussed the significance of identifying the study's target
area as the essential significant first process in the fitting process. It is worth noting that
before beginning this study, the first process involved conducting extensive research on the
potential areas that would offer a better DSP topic.
Throughout the course, changes have been made to the DSP topic, based on factors

better define the DSP is another indicator that the study and the selected methods are relevant

establish gaps in existing studies and establish a solid ground to support the proposed
research (Gagnon, 2010). Chapter two of the study proposal involved a literature review on
leadership, its association with organizational success, and other related factors. The
